Each morning youll quickly check your emails and then have a quick huddle meeting. Youll be discussing anything urgent and be able to highlight if there is anything you will want support with through the day. Then youll begin to follow your daily plan which you will have pulled together the night before. This will help keep you on track. You will have decided, of the clients you support, when their work needs your attention and when it best fits into your schedule. There will be lots of surprises during the day which is likely to throw this schedule off course. When this happens, youll do a quick assessment of how your day has been affected and shout out to the team to delegate tasks ensuring all our clients always receive the best support. Theres lots to learn and we wont throw you in at the deep end. Youll learn about each client in turn helping you gain a thorough understanding of what they do and how our activities are of value to them. This will help keep you measure your

activities against client goals and expectations. Youll then be in a great position to discuss any ideas you feel would help achieve client goals. Ultimately, youre responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients by measuring the impact and value of your activities against their goals. Its a busy and varied role that requires you to work independently but also have the full support of other team members.

You will be using a range of skills daily including:

  • Telephone answering
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients as well as their customers and suppliers

Creating content including:

  • Blogs
  • Editorials
  • Web content
  • Social media content
  • Social media invitation and follow up messages
  • Landing pages
  • Letters
  • Infographics

Social media management:

  • Creating templates whilst working to branding guidelines
  • Identifying keywords and hashtags
  • Scheduling posts
  • Engaging with other social media accounts

Making outbound calls to:

  • Arrange meetings
  • Invite prospects to webinars and podcasts.
  • Invite prospects to be interviewed for podcasts and newsletters

Assisting with the delivery of Podcasts and Webinars:

  • Researching prospects for our clients and following an agreed path to engage with them
  • Measuring and reporting on all activity
  • Attend client meetings either in the office or via Zoom/Teams
  • Attend a weekly team meeting

Other duties on an ad-hoc basis to assist the smooth running of the company.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training thats part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

You will undertake the ground breaking Apprentify Digital Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship.

We have designed our programme to offer you 4 distinct routes to focus your career path and specialise in areas such as Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Web Design or Web Development. These paths are designed to jump start your career and make you stand out in a competitive field increasing your future earning potential.

During the 15 months of training you will learn cutting edge theory and industry practice across three Knowledge Modules:

  • Marketing Principles - starting with the basics you will learn how to effectively target customers based on their wants and desires as well as how the sales and marketing funnels work. You will understand what makes customers buy or not buy and how marketing can influence this as well as how to effectively focus on target markets and manage customers to make them loyal to a business
  • How the Web Works - delving into the technical you will learn the Principles of Coding and how marketers create effective web sites, designs and user interfaces. This includes how web design and development drive engagement and conversions.
  • Driving Return on Investment - using data to create detailed customer insight, you will learn how to use industry leading platforms (including Google Analytics) to understand the online customer journey and improve your marketing based on customer usage of your website
