  • Undertake customer experience activities within the Krcher Center, to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with Krcher standards
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the utmost priority
  • Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service
  • Conduct stock takes as requested
  • Re-stocking/replenishing items
  • Meeting sales goals, targets and objectives
  • Attend training sessions
  • Understand the range of Krcher products
  • Administration of sales orders received via showroom, telephone, fax and/or email
  • Administration of returns
  • Maintain customer interactions on CRM system
  • Handle technical enquiries based on parts identification via DISIS
  • Carrying out additional duties as requested by management to meet business requirements
  • Attend training, meetings and company events
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills - able to work as part of a team
  • Good timekeeping and organisational skills

Desired qualifications

Minimum of GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C) in English and maths or equivalent qualifications.
