The role will involve:

  • Serving customers
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Maintaining the retail area, including reception
  • Support the technicians to repair and rebuild laptops and PC's
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Excellent communicating skills with clients via telephone, email, letters as well as face to face contact
  • Work as part of a team
  • Good timekeeping skills

Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English.
