Helping drive sales and customer satisfaction using the company systems in place, having ownership of certain areas of the customer journey, working along side the team towards achieving the common goal of increased sales and absolute customer satisfaction. Creating good relationships with our customers, providing them with a pleasant journey throughout their clear aligner treatment.
The role will include a variation of tasks including emailing customers, telephone calls once experienced and confident. All areas are sales and customer care driven, with weekly and monthly targets to achieve with team bonuses allocated when targets are met. (Once probational period of 4 months is passed).
Some customers will be challenging, it is about keeping the emotional, reactive side out of the approach and think in the shoes of the customer to find out how we can help them solve the issue they are trying to resolve by choosing SmilesAlliance.

- Ability to write emails with a good standard of English, spelling and punctuation, this is not essential and can be learnt, this will just take more effort for the candidate if this is not a strong point, everything can be learned with the right attitude
