Principle Estate are looking to add to their ever-expanding team with an Accounts Assistant.

This role is customer services based, and the Apprentice will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of calls
  • Liaising with clients and the Purchase ledger team
  • You will be a point of contact for a portfolio of properties
  • Work alongside the accounts team to resolve and queries and outstanding issues
  • You will learn how to work alongside the team in this busy Property management company
  • Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Strong administration skills
  • Pro active approach to problem solving

Personal qualities

  • Some experience working within a Customer services environment
  • Understanding of electronic and manual filing systems
  • Strength to work under pressure
  • Excellent time keeping and professional manner

Desired qualifications

  • Maths and English 9-4/A*-C GCSE or equivalent
