Support Juice Customer Business Manager in delivering the JBP & Account plans for the mutual benefit of both Co-Op and PepsiCo (20m RSV). Agree Nisa JBP & Account plans in line with Co-Op harmonization. Lead contact for FTG (food to go) Juice (both internal with cross functional team and external with buyer), living and breathing the account agenda with a specific focus on accurate forecasting, promotional calendar planning and product setup with Co-Op. Manage nationwide market leading execution in Co-Op and Nisa, building joint plans to drive against goals and ensure PUK compliance. Accountabilities: Ownership of accurate forecast delivery on Juice working alongside Finance & Demand Planning (Base, NPD, Promotional forecasting and financial robustness). Support Account Controllers on building winning Juice promotional calendars across total Co-Op Group (Co-Op & NISA), managing internal and external challenges. Play a key role in evaluating and reviewing promotional performance
alongside category teams for course-correction recommendations internally and to Co-Op. Regular store visits to ensure in-store compliance of POS/dealing. Lead commercial reporting agenda for Nutrition through EPOS updates to BUDs and in Account team huddles. Responsibility for Juice brands across NISA & leading role in Co-Op FTG. Qualifications/Requirements EXPERIENCE Experience in FMCG Sales. Core understanding of managing financial concepts and strong attention to detail. Proactive individual with strong prioritization skills and drive for results. Proven experience working with cross functional teams to deliver joint goals.
