To primarily assist the claims team with non-technical and process support. The role will have a focus on non-technical claims processing, data handling and analysis. The role will also involve the handling of claims on non-lead accounts via a Small Claims Scheme designed by the Head of Aviation & Marine Claims. The TCA is responsible for the evaluation and resolution of assigned low to medium complexityvalue claims in accordance with internalexternal industry and financial regulations to achieve a product that is consistently of high quality and TCA with support will interact with departmental claim stakeholders under the supervision of the Head of Aviation & Marine Claims in order to learn and deliver the expected levels of customer service and to assist the Company to achieve its stated financial targets.

The TCA with support will interact with departmental claim stakeholders under the supervision of the Head ofAviation & Marine Claims in order to learn and deliver the expected levels of customer service and to assist theCompany to achieve its stated financial targets

Principal Accountabilities

  • To take responsibility for handling and processing of non-technical claims.
  • To assist the Aviation & Marine Team in providing support for technical claims functions.
  • Processing of transactional London market bureaux claims in Openco and ILU/CLASS.
  • Processing of exceptions for live claims as part of CLASS automatic upload.
  • Support the claims team in respect of management of external data messaging received into GeneraliSystems, management of accounts, reconciliation of data etc as required.
  • To provide assistance and support, where required, departmental project work .
  • To have a flexible and proactive approach to tasks and the ability to manage time/workload efficiently.

Qualifications Required: Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
