  • Assist with and support on any projects and initiatives in the team
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties to support the People team

The apprentice will work closely with the Brighton-based Internal Recruitment team providing support with the end-to-end internal recruitment process globally. The role has a wide remit and the successful applicant will be expected to undertake a variety of administrative duties both independently and under supervision. There are also a number of exciting strategic projects underway that the apprentice will be involved in.

Desired qualifications

The entry requirement for the Degree Apprenticeship are:

  • 112 UCAS points, e.g. grades BBC at A-Level or DMM at BTEC (or equivalent)
  • GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English
