  • To welcome all visitors to the office in a polite and professional manner and ensure relevant checks have been completed
  • To provide professional, comprehensive and flexible administration support to the recruitment, management and admin teams
  • Dealing with incoming calls and relaying clear and concise messages to colleagues
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, preparing and sending of letters and other correspondence
  • Maintaining confidential records at all times
  • Complying with all GDPR policies and procedures
  • Data entry and data extraction from internal systems as and when directed
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings as directed
  • To support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
  • To be flexible and supportive to the team at all times
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the office is at a high standard at all times
  • Checking relevant Documents for recruitment processes and ensuring all new starters have all required before starting
  • Processing DBS checks for all staff members and ensuring information if needed is progressed to HR
  • Making sure that existing staff members that require document renewals are coordinated and competed
  • Coordinating start dates and training of new staff members
  • Strong IT skills and fluent in using all Microsoft Office packages
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate inputting skills
  • A kind, compassionate, caring nature is essential and someone who is passionate about helping and working with people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Is able to work on their own initiative, but also in a team environment
  • Have a good understanding of GDPR and maintaining confidential records
