- To welcome all visitors to the office in a polite and professional manner and ensure relevant checks have been completed
- To provide professional, comprehensive and flexible administration support to the recruitment, management and admin teams
- Dealing with incoming calls and relaying clear and concise messages to colleagues
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, preparing and sending of letters and other correspondence
- Maintaining confidential records at all times
- Complying with all GDPR policies and procedures
- Data entry and data extraction from internal systems as and when directed
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings as directed
- To support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
- To be flexible and supportive to the team at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the office is at a high standard at all times
- Checking relevant Documents for recruitment processes and ensuring all new starters have all required before starting
- Processing DBS checks for all staff members and ensuring information if needed is progressed to HR
- Making sure that existing staff members that require document renewals are coordinated and competed
- Coordinating start dates and training of new staff members
- Strong IT skills and fluent in using all Microsoft Office packages
