This is an exciting opportunity to join a Start-Up Cloud CyberSecurity IT Consultancy Business. The Business Support Executive role will be responsible for providing office support to field-based Instructors/Consultants and also Support to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in fulfilling a customer-facing support role along with excellent organisation skills. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills along with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain databases (making sure accurate information is logged so all lead generation can be tracked and reported)
  • To provide sales support to Account Manager(s) with accurate and timely quotations/resource trainers and consultancy requirements aligned to client project requirements
  • Manage Secure IT Consult Consultants booking and Calendar entries and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with all parties of the projects, including Vendor / Consultant and SecureIT staff to ensure a smooth process is always achieved
  • Responsible for executing any Secure IT Marketing Campaigns and Quarterly offers to channel clients. Following these campaigns up and reporting back onto the client database
  • Develop close working relationships internally and externally
  • Generate Purchase Orders and Invoices to relevant parties in a timely manner. Note, this is not a bookkeeping role
  • Ability to succeed and go beyond KPIs
  • Support in organising company events, including hotels/ attendee registrations and catering arrangements
  • Key Tasks from day to day
  • Managed staff and consultants hotel/flight bookings to ensure smooth process
  • Meet and greet visitors to the SecureIT offices
  • Manage internal Room bookings visitors to the Secure IT offices, including visitor
  • registration and room reservations
  • Generate Quotes/invoices. Purchase orders for internal approval
  • Manage inbound phones calls to Secure IT
  • Manages registrations/hotel booking and overall structure for Marketing events
  • Manage and post Social media posts on relevant platforms
  • Manage inventory of company billing spreadsheet to input accurate financial information

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

  • Have great PC and IT skills (Word and Excel are essential)
  • Have experience using a CRM system (training will be provided if not)

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English if required
  • Excellent Work Experience
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • You will be assigned a personal tutor to help guide you through your apprenticeship and your training will be 100% completed in the workplace
