This is a customer facing role and you will undertake Level 3 Business Administrative Apprenticeships whilst working alongside clerical workers, registered professionals and medical staff. Business Administrative apprentices play a vital role in the smooth running of the Trust.
We have a dedicated team who will support you in your apprenticeship programme. They will work closely with you and your manager to provide a comprehensive development plan detailing your objectives and workplace goals.
You will be employed on a 15 month fixed term training contract of 37.5 hours per week. You will be given time during your working hours for study towards the apprenticeship to attend training sessions on the underpinning knowledge of procedures and policies that impact on the role.
Business Administrative apprentices are expected to be friendly, caring and sensitive with the confidence to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including other Finance colleagues, external contacts, Divisional Management and healthcare professional colleagues. A mature and professional outlook is essential.

We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, brave and compassionate and are able to demonstrate a high level of commitment to the Apprenticeship programme. Apprentices who dont already have maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) will be required to complete these subjects as part of the apprenticeship programme. Ideally, you will have an interest in progressing in a career within Financial Management, or wider Finance/Accountancy.
