Answer telephone calls, emails, front office reception enquiries

Prepare quotes for clients for hardware and software purchases

Purchase relevant hardware/software

Maintain internal records/documentation using various platforms

Manage logistics process including booking of couriers and liaising with clients

Arrange company socials and assist account manager

Arrange internal meetings

General office housekeeping

Checking stocks of consumables

Support Senior Management Team in collating weekly KPIs
