Duties include:

  • Greeting guests, checking in, checking out, answering telephone enquiries
  • Being organised and working alongside colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
  • Making sure the guests first impression is the best and their billing is accurate on departure
  • Making future reservations through our hotel system
  • Taking restaurant bookings during the guests stay
  • Taking and processing payments
