Day to day duties include:

  • Answering and transferring telephone calls
  • Monitoring both incoming and outgoing post
  • Updating a variety of company documents to meet brand guidelines
  • Organising travel and accommodation for members of the company
  • Managing office supplies
  • Scanning documents / information
  • Arranging the delivery of items between offices and to clients
  • Collate information for the company newsletter (quarter-yearly)

Applicants will be required to build a good working relationship with the sales team in order to ensure the smooth transition of leads. You will have good communication skills and must be confident in dealing with clients.
