The first step would be to progress from Apprentice Coordinator to Coordinator, which we would see as a 12-24-month journey dependent on the individual. The next step up would be to grow to an Account exec then Account Manager or move onto the operations side of the business with more of a logistics role, again we would expect these would probably be around another 24 months but for the right person this may well be quicker. There is no pressure to progress, and we will support the individual in their goals and ambitions. You will become proficient in customer service, whilst we will also train you on Sales and Marketing software and systems which will allow you to competently perform your role We constantly want to grow and build a team and bring in more apprentices after

you. So, whether we want to be the CEO of a business or have a role with less limelight thats your choice, our role as a business is to develop you as a person and allow you to flourish whoever that works best for all.

Things to consider

Do you like talking to people? Can you solve problems? Do you want to win? Are you happy to pick up the phone rather than just sending an email? Does advertising and marketing interest and excite you? Are you good at building relationships with people and like working hard as part of a fun team? Our moto is No egos no fuss, we are all equal and most of the time the MDs do the sandwich runs as they value their team and want to look after them. We feel we look after and develop our staff - more so than most other employers. If you want to be somewhere where you can work to the best of your ability and be trained and supported by a company that cares, this is the job for you.
