Duties will include:

  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop
  • Demonstrate due regard for own safety and that of others in the workshop and minimise risk of injury and vehicle damage
  • Prepping vehicles for paint and/or wrap
  • Cleaning vehicle to remove contamination
  • Removing trim and fixtures for paint/wrap
  • Ensuring correct colour match and final finish to the company and customers exacting standards
  • Repair, surface preparation and painting

The candidate will be mentored by other team members.

The candidate will be required to attend college and any other relevant manufacturer training courses as required to obtain full accreditation within the relevant repair department.

Take responsibility for personal and professional development, keeping knowledge and skills up to date with emerging technology to perform the role effectively.

  • Good levels of English, maths and ICT are required

Desired qualifications

Must have GCSE at Grade 4 or above in both Maths and English
