The HR Advice Hub team is the first point of contact for queries and guidance relating to HR policy and procedures and contractual changes. We talk staff through any HR related issues and signpost them to the most appropriate resources or HR team for support. The HR Assistant will be involved in tasks such as Visa and DBS process management, fixed term contract management and running monthly reports for the team and managers.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will develop a wide range of HR and personal skills, while studying part time for a Level 3 Certificate as an HR Assistant.

We are flexible on how the training may be delivered to suit the preferences and learning style of the successful candidate and can consider an alternative training provider if appropriate.

Things to consider

You will have experience of working in a busy HR office, dealing with queries in a confidential manner. You will have excellent administrative, customer service and IT skills with exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills and ideally telephone helpline experience. You will be educated to A level and keen to develop further.
