We are looking for an enthusiastic, detailed orientated individual looking for a fast track career into HR.  This is a newly created role that will give exposure of working within a busy HR department within the People Services Department at Phoenix Learning and Care. Acting as a support to the whole team you will be largely assisting with HR and Training administration tasks, this could including electronic filing, scanning, organising training, updating databases, acting as first point of contact for queries. 

This could be a great opportunity someone who has recently completed their A-levels but is put off by the cost of University or someone looking for a change of professional career. 

This opportunity will suit someone with the following: 

5 GCSE in English and Math at grade C or above

A levels or equivalent BTEC in any subjects although Psychology/Business Studies would be useful

Looking for a long term career in HR ( can demonstrate they understand what HR is about)

Enjoys working with and helping people ( has worked in customer service previously would he useful)

Eye for detail 

Has a team approach and willing to help with any tasks. 

Training and Development:

As part of your time with us you will be supported in completing your level 3 CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice. 20% of your time will be allocated to your study and you will be supported by the HR team in developing your skills and experience.
