Here at Nagel Langdons, we have an exciting opportunity available for an Apprentice HR Administrator to join the team based in Bridgwater. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a highly competitive starting salary of £17,000 per annum.

We have 9 depots and over 375 lorries carrying chilled and frozen food all over the country. We’re the only company providing a 24-hour service of this kind, and we’re very good at it.

The Apprentice HR Administrator role:

As our Apprentice HR Administrator, you will assist the HR Team with providing a customer-focused and legally compliant administration support service for all staff. We are looking for somebody who will promote our company values and code of conduct in all that you do and to others you come into contact with. You will be expected to complete the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship as part of this role.

You will learn to:

maintain and administer employee records in line with data protection and company policy

handle a range of HR queries

assist with recruitment campaigns

administer and help organise internal training events

prepare and share reports on and ad hoc basis

Our ideal candidate will be qualified to GCSE standard or equivalent with experience of working in an office environment. They will also be keen to develop their skills and knowledge for a career in HR.
