  • Managing a properties changeover between guests to include changing beds, cleaning property and outside areas
  • Day to day running of complex
  • Welcoming guests and being centre information point for them
  • Office duties including answering telephone and dealing with enquiries on a computer based platform, keeping guest information tablets updated, managing the websites, and dealing with email enquiries
  • Hot tub maintenance - full training supplied
  • Managing laundry services - we use a laundry service so making sure this is ready for collection and sorting the delivery back

This person needs to be able to work part as team on the busy days but manage the casual staff

This person also needs to be able to work on their own in the office/house environment and make decisions.

This person needs to be able to join in with the family more importantly and be part of the environment that we create
