  • To answer all contacts efficiently and effectively in a professional and courteous manner
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer care, accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Act as first point of contact for all customers, via various communication channels, ensuring that accurate information and advice is given in response to customer enquiries
  • To ensure that for each contact made, accurate and concise information is captured and recorded on the customers account via the website admin
  • Using computer systems, ensure correct orders are requested and sent to customers
  • Preparing products for dispatch, which involves tagging garments, folding and packaging
  • Organise customer returns and exchanges
  • Dispatching orders using a variety of courier channels
  • Communicating with suppliers effectively where needed
  • Stock checks and workroom organisation

  • Punctual, proactive and organised.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Efficient and time management skills.

Desired qualifications

  • The right candidate should have GCSEs at grades C/4 or above in English and maths or equivalent

  • The Bearhug Company are looking to find an apprentice that can become an integral and valued member of the team and who will develop their skills and experience as the company grows. There is the potential of a full-time permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

  • Individuals are able to undertake an apprenticeship at a higher level than a qualification they currently hold, including any previously completed apprenticeships. Individuals can also undertake an apprenticeship at the same level, or lower level than a qualification they already hold as long as the new apprenticeship allows for new skills to be acquired and the content of the training is materially different from any previous qualification or apprenticeship.
  • For example, if you already have a Level 4 qualification you still may be able to complete an apprenticeship at any level providing you meet the eligibility criteria and are learning substantive new skills.
