We will support you to successfully complete the Customer Service Specialist Diploma and upon completing you will be eligible to join the Institute of Customer Services at professional level.

This programme will give you key business knowledge, the insights into the customer journey and provide the knowledge of how you can develop and deliver continuous improvements in a service environment

About You

Based in our Sunderland office we are looking for exceptional individuals with a strong desire to excel within our customer centric environment.

  • You will need: English & Maths GCSEs (Grade C or level 4-9)
  • Can follow system guides, to help navigate your customers to ensure we get things right first time
  • Love talking to people and building strong relationships - youll help make things simple and easy for our customers
  • Are proactive and pragmatic in your approach to your learning and professional development to fulfil your potential and maximise your performance

Role Responsibilities

Your key accountabilities:

  • Responding to inbound telephone calls from customers who require support with their insurance policies
  • Assessing customer requirements and providing appropriate customer support.
  • Ensuring customer service and satisfaction standards are consistently achieved in line with our policies and processes
  • Managing personal performance against key business targets, applying best practice to aid retention of our customers.
  • Completion of customer administration tasks
