- Sorting, filing and processing sales and purchase invoices using accountancy packages including Sage and Quickbooks as well as our personally tailored Excel Cashbook.
- Conducting bank reconciliation and balancing a range of control accounts.
- Preparing basic financial statements to trial balance.
- Supporting the semi senior accountant in preparing and submitting VAT Returns.
- Accounts administration duties i.e. filing, faxing, scanning, copying, emailing, basic letter writing and reception duties.
- Keeping up to date with budget changes and participating in office weekly meetings.
- Preparing financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- Registering clients for Taxes.
