Just for mortgages has a fantastic opportunity to offer to the right candidate looking for an apprenticeship, to join their successful team as an Apprentice Administrator.

Duties will include;

Data inputting

Filing

Letter writing

Dealing with enquiries on phone or email

Ordering office supplies

Reception duties

Meeting and greeting clients

To comply with the Health & Safety policy and good practices

You will achieve a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard which will involve a local regional trainer meeting with you regularly to guide you through your apprenticeship.

This vacancy is for a permanent position within Just4Mortgages during which an apprenticeship programme will be delivered. There will also be the opportunity to develop into mortgage advisor role following successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Things to consider

Will be working in a busy office environment and dealing with the public on a daily basis.

This is a full time work role.

There will be a rota system to work 9-1 every other Saturday with half a days time off in lieu to be given the same week.

Level 3 Business and Administration Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentices chosen career route, each standard has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role. This will include the completion of functional skills in Maths and English. Once the apprentice has completed a minimum of 12 months training and the employer and Babcock regional trainer confirm they have met all the requirements of the standard they will be put through to end point assessment. The end point assessment is independent from the training and includes a variety of assessment methods which test the skills and knowledge of the apprentice to ensure they are fully competent in their role. Each Apprentice will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by a structured programme of teaching, e-learning, 1-1 training and workplace mentoring; this will encourage and help them to meet the requirements of the new standards and will prepare them for the end of

point assessment.
