Lizor Care are looking for a Business Administrator to support the Director in the following. Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer queries
  • Entering personal details
  • Daily invoice runs
  • Filing
  • Liaise with the Director
  • Typing and providing quotes
  • Provide general cover and assistance with the Care staff
  • Updating databases, tracking documents and systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Organisational skills
  • Confident working style
