Future prospects

We are currently rated as "Good" with our governing body the CQC and held in positive regards by the local social services and members of Nottingham council.

The applicant will be the only on site member of the admin team and as such the job role will grow around them as they themselves develop, allowing the right person to create their own role within the company.

Things to consider

Our smaller sized environment and family atmosphere is a benefit in its support and acceptance of individuals who join us as staff. Being a part of what, in the wake of the global pandemic is one of the few remaining growth industries nationally allows for greater job security and an introduction into this growing field.

Working within healthcare also prioritises the individuals for Covid vaccinations and regular testing screenings to promote their safety and that of their closest family.

The very nature of care work is to create a team that looks after and supports each other and this in itself is a quality that applicants will be hard pressed to find in any other industry.
