We have an opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join our Global Strategic Team. Based from Uxbridge, you will work within a successful team that consistently outperforms other business units. You will be responsible for driving sales by building existing relationships and obtaining new business. Someone with a passion for Technology who is articulate, customer focused with excellent phone manner and rapport building skills with the ability to pick up new things quickly and has an energetic approach to their work would be well suited for this role. Main duties: Executing against strategic account plans with global clients Developing relationships within our current accounts Productive collaboration with cross-functional, virtual
teams to support solution sales Building relationships with key and emerging technology partners Engaging with virtual teams to help support and manage demand generation Client retention and driving new business opportunities Working to revenue and profit based targets (team or individual based) Managing and maintaining an accurate system based sales pipeline Support the production and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual profit based forecasts Regularly be leading calls with clients all around the world Skills required: Proven consultative approach and sales experience in technology (hardware, services or software) with evidence of achieving and exceeding sales targets Ability to quickly build rapport and develop strong professional relationships with Clients Basic understanding of contracts, Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the ability to negotiate standard and non-standard T&Cs A team player who can work successfully within a diverse team in a mutually supportive way, including
technical and sales teammates in multiple/virtual locations.
